About NP Cardiology Consultants
Led by the President Tracy Lanoza DNP, MBA, APN FNP, an experienced Nurse Practitioner who completed her doctorate in the study of CHF in the post-acute setting along with her Chief Clinical Officer Kimberly Borkowski MSN, APN, ANP. Both providers bring specialized expertise in cardiovascular care to NP Cardiology Consultants with decades of clinical experience to skilled nursing facilities.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between the inpatient hospital setting and the outpatient cardiology office visit by providing in-house cardiac services to the Skilled Nursing Facilities that will result in decreased hospitalizations and improved patient satisfaction.
